How to create an account?

Creating an account at SkyBlue is very easy. Simply hover over the lock icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and click "Register" from the drop-down menu:



This will direct you to our registration page at: https://skyblue.com/register.

Note: this screen capturemay look a bit different from your view depending on what web browser you are using.

Please complete all of the required fields (there is an * next to all required fields) and then click on "Register."

You now have a registered account with SkyBlue.com.

Managing Addresses

How do I buy something and ship it to someone else?

If you want to purchase a product but send it to someone else, follow the steps below:

1. First, you need to add the address of the other person to your account. To do this, go to 'My Account'. The icon that 'My Account' is under is a silhouette of a person's head and can be found in the top right hand corner of the website. When you hover over the icon, scroll down until you reach 'My Account' and click on it.

2. Look on the side bar for the section titled 'Addresses' and click on it.

3. When you are on it, look for the button that says 'Add New' that is under your current addresses.

4. Click on the 'Add New' button and fill in the necessary information.

5. When you finish filling out the information, click on the button at the bottom titled 'Save'.

6. Now you can go to your cart. You can get there by clicking on the shopping cart icon which is located in the upper right hand corner of the website.

7. Once you get to the cart, click the 'Checkout' button on the right hand side of the screen.

8. Now you can select the button that says 'Bill to this Address' for the address you want to ship the package to. Make sure that under the title 'Billing address', the box that says 'Ship to the same address' is clicked. This will deliver the package to someone else's house. You can continue with the regular checkout process now.

How do I delete additional addresses?

If you want to delete an address, follow the steps below.  

1. Go to 'My Account'.  The icon that 'My Account' is under is a silhouette of a person's head and can be found in the top right hand corner of the website. When you hover over the icon, scroll down until you reach 'My Account' and click on it.  

2. Look on the side bar for the section titled 'Addresses' and click on it.  

3. When you are on it, find the address you want to delete.  Then click on the button to the right side of it that says 'Delete'. 

4. A dialog box will appear at the top of the screen saying 'Are you sure?'.   Click 'Ok'.  

How do I add alternate addresses?

If you want to add an alternate address, follow the steps below.  

1. Go to 'My Account'.  The icon that 'My Account' is under is a silhouette of a person's head and can be found in the top right hand corner of the website. When you hover over the icon, scroll down until you reach 'My Account' and click on it.  

2. Look on the side bar for the section titled 'Addresses' and click on it.  

3. When you are on it, look for the button that says 'Add New' that is under your current addresses.  

4.  Click on the 'Add New' button and fill in the necessary information.

5. When you finish filling out the information, click on the button at the bottom titled 'Save'.  You can now order to this address. 

Managing Your Account

How do I change my password?

To change your password, follow the steps below: 

1. Go to 'My Account'.  The icon that 'My Account' is under is a silhouette of a person's head and can be found in the top right hand corner of the website. When you hover over the icon, scroll down until you reach 'My Account' and click on it.  

2. Then go to the section titled 'Change Password' on the sidebar of 'My Account'.  

3. To change your password, you must enter your current password under 'Old Password'.  Then enter your new password once under 'New Password' and then again under 'Confirm Password', to make sure you switch to the correct password.   

After these steps, your password has been changed!

How do I see my account overview?

Within the My Account area on SkyBlue.com, you will find the following sections:

Within each section, you can update your information or review your interactions with SkyBlue.com.

Following Fields of 'My Account'

  • Customer Info:

Under 'Customer Info', there are multiple sections called: 'Your Personal Details', 'Your Address', 'Your Contact Information' and 'Options'.  

Your Personal Details

Under this section, you are able to edit information in your account.  You can edit your first and last name, as well as your email.  

Your Address

Here you can edit your street address, zip code, city, country and state or province.  

Your Contact Information

You are able to edit your phone number here.

Options

Here you are able to subscribe to the SkyBlue newsletter.  

When you are done editing under 'Customer Info', click the blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen to save the changes you made.  

  • Addresses: 

Here you can edit a profile, which includes your name, email, phone and fax number, and your address.  You can also add a new profile or delete an existing one.  

  • Orders: 

In 'Orders', you can see any orders you currently have.  An order will show the order number, the order status, the date and time you placed the order and the total price for the order.  

You can also click on the 'Details' button on the right side of the order information.  Clicking this button will take you to a new page showing more details about your order.  

Once you click on 'Details', it will give you an option at the top of the page to print an invoice for this order or download a PDF of the invoice.  

The order number, the date ordered, the status of the order and the order total will all be shown near the top of the page as well.  Under this, it shows the Billing Address with your personal information and Payment information, including the payment method and the status of the payment.  Next to this is the Shipping Address which shows your personal information again and information about the shipping of your order, including the shipping method and the status.  

Under this it shows the Product(s) you ordered.  Here it displays the number of the item on your order, the SKU, the name of the product, the price per product, the quantity you ordered, and the total price for that product.  

Under this it shows whether you chose to have it gift wrapped or not, the sub-total, shipping cost, tax and the final order total.  You can also re-order the same order by clicking the button 'Re-Order' below this.  Once you click this, it will add that order to your shopping cart, along with what might have been in there before.  It will not remove any item that was in there before.  From here, you can continue shopping or go to checkout.  

  • Back in stock subscriptions: 

Under this section you will be able to see any products that are back in stock that you have subscribed to.  Subscribing to a product allows you to be alerted when it is back in stock. 

  • Reward Points: 

'Reward Points' shows you the history and balance of your reward points for SkyBlue.  It shows the date for each order you have placed, the points you received for the order, the points balance, and the message attached to the points you received.   

You can use the rewards points for purchasing products on SkyBlue.  1 point is $0.01, 10 points is $0.10, 100 points is $1.00, etc.  The minimum amount of points you can use to put towards a product is 100 points, or $1.00.   

You get reward points based on the amount of money you spend on SkyBlue.com.  For each $10 you spend, you get 1 point.  When ordering, you only get a point for each whole $10 you spend.  For example, if you spend $9.99, you get no points, but if you spend $10, you get one point.  If you spend $49, you get 4 points and if you spend $101, you get 10 points.  

  • Change Password:  

To change your password, go to the 'Change Password' tab under 'My Account'.  Enter your old password, then enter your new password twice.  

  • My Product Reviews: 

Any products that you write reviews for will show up here.  It will show the title of the review, the review itself and the amount of stars you gave the product.  It will also show the status of the review.  Once you write a review, it won't be posted on the website until a supervisor approves it.  If it is still waiting to be approved, it will say 'Pending'.  

Wishlist

Can I share a Wishlist?

Yes, you can share a wishlist.  To share a wishlist, follow the steps below: 

1. First go to your wishlist.  To do this simply click on the heart icon in the top right hand corner, next to the cart icon and your personal account icon.  

2. Once you have gotten to your wishlist, you can share one of two ways: 

a.) You can share by clicking the button 'Email a Friend' that is under your wishlist, to the left.  Once you click this button, it will ask for your friend's email, your email, and a personal message, which is optional.  When these are filled out, hit 'Send Email' right beneath these fields.  

b.) You can also share your wishlist by copying the link below your wishlist, but above the area that says 'Subscribe to our Newsletter...'.  Once you copy it, you can email it, text it, share it on social media, or any other way you want to share it.

How do I create a wishlist?

When you see a product you want to save to your profile, but not add to your cart, you can add it to your wishlist.  To create a wishlist, follow the steps below: 

1. Once you have found the product you want, you have one of two options:

a.) You can hover over the image and right below the image a heart icon will appear.  Click on that heart icon to add the product to your wishlist.  After you do this, a dialog box will appear and it asks whether you want to continue shopping or go to your wishlist.  Click which one you would like to do. 

b.) The second option is to click on the product and the product page will come up.  From here, you can select the heart icon to the right of the image of the product.  Doing so will add this product to your wishlist. 

How to View your Wishlist: 

Once you have your wishlist created, you can view it by clicking the heart icon in the top right hand corner of the website, in between the cart icon and your account profile icon.  

When you are viewing your wishlist, it will show a number of things.  It will number the items in your wishlist and it will give you the option to remove an item or add it to your cart.  It will also show the SKU for the product, the image and name of the product, the price, the quantity you selected and the total price for each item, which is just the price per product multiplied by the quantity you selected. 

If you would like to add an item in your wishlist to your cart, just select the box under the column 'Add to Cart' that corresponds to the row of the product.  

If you would like to remove the product from your wishlist, just select the box under the column 'Remove' that corresponds to the row of the product.  

Product Reviews

Where can I see my product reviews?

In order to see your Product Reviews, follow the steps below: 

1. Go to 'My Account'.  The icon that 'My Account' is under is a silhouette of a person's head and can be found in the top right hand corner of the website.  When you hover over the icon, scroll down until you reach 'My Account' and click on it.  

2. Once on 'My Account', go to the section on the side bar titled 'My Product Review' and has an icon of a star.  

3. When you click on 'My Product Reviews', you will be able to see all the reviews you have made.  They will appear in chronological order.  This means your oldest review will be at the top and your newest on will be at the bottom.  

Can my product review be blocked or removed?

Yes. All product reviews will be audited by our team. While we will not keep negative product reviews from being published (we love seeing honest and constructive feedback) any product review with abusive or profane language or those that use copyrighted material will be published or kept live on the website.

 

What are the guidelines for writing product reviews?

We do have a few “rules of the road” for Product Reviews here on SkyBlue.com.

  1.       Please keep it short and sweet – up to 350 words, and please focus on why you liked or disliked the item.
  2.       Please do not use profanity or abusive language – we won’t be able to publish your review.
  3.       Please don’t include copyrighted language or images.
  4.       All reviews must be in English.
  5.       If a review is published from a SkyBlue.com employee, they have to disclose that, but we encourage our employees to be honest and give their true opinion.
  6.       If your issue is related to the site itself, or to customer service, please don’t put that in your product review – please reach out to customer service via our Help button below, or through support@skyblue.com.

Your review will be posted in one to two days. Any submissions that do not follow our Review Guidelines will not be posted. SkyBlue.com does not endorse, recommend or sponsor any guest product reviews, ideas or advice.

 

How do I post a product review?

To post a product review, follow the steps listed below:

1. Find the product you want to post a review for.

2. When you have the product, click on it.  

3. Under the image of the product, the price, the add to cart option, and specifications  of it is a line that says 'Overview, Specifications, Reviews, and Contact Us'.  

4. Click on the 'Reviews' section.

5. Write something in for the 'Review Title', the 'Review Text', and give the product a rating on a 1-5 stars.  1 being bad and 5 being excellent.

6. When you have done all three of these things, click on the button titled 'Submit Review.
